Welcome PROC360, an all-in-one solution for importing from China.

Where we started from…

The right way to build a product is to start with a minimum viable product (MVP). Like a normal MVP, we're starting with a stripped down version of the complete idea. Unlike a normal MVP, however, we're starting with a good understanding of what works. It's important to note that we had been experimenting with the idea for months before we scaled up the process into releasing a first version.

Another thing that makes this exciting is that we're starting with a sizable pool of existing customers who are ready to accelerate their procurement process. As a result, our goal was to provide value right from our first deployment.

What we built…

Years of experience and months of user research informed all of our decisions as we built PROC360. To highlight a few of the insights that guided our process, here are a few examples:

1. We understood that our users would mostly use the app from their mobile devices. As a result, we designed desktop and mobile versions of the app from the beginning.

2. We went for a very minimalistic design because our users would be performing very sensitive financial processes, and they would require ease of use.

Dashboard

The dashboard shows you the official exchange rate, your wallet balance, virtual warehouse addresses, and a quick view of the orders you’re curating.

Virtual Wallet

You get a wallet from which you can pay your suppliers. Your money is saved in RMB (Chinese Yuan). This also saves you from fluctuations in the value of your local currency. You can always withdraw your money into your bank account WHENEVER you want.

Order Processing

You get to make three kinds of orders

• Link orders

• Picture orders

• Custom orders

If you have found your desired products from a Chinese e-commerce platform (for example 1688, Alibaba, etc), you could curate a link order out of these links. You could continue to add more links to this order until you ship them all together as one. Once you’re done adding links, you submit them for review. More on this process here.

If you only have pictures of the items you want, you can create a picture order. Custom orders are for when you have neither a link nor a picture of what you want - we can help you figure that out too!

Parcel Shipping

Items you purchase through PROC360 are kept in your warehouse in China. You could purchase items through other means and still have them delivered to your warehouse in China. We provide the service to help move those items from China to your country through this feature.

Referrals

When you refer people to PROC360 by having them sign up with your referral code, you earn a percentage of their spend on PROC360 perpetually. These earnings are deposited into your wallet from which you can use it to pay for your orders or withdraw the funds to your local bank account
