Even before our first deployment, we had put learning systems in place - we know we need your input to make Proc360 work for you.

Sam Altman needs no introduction, and his quote above is the most accurate description of how we build. Of the many (sometimes not-so-obvious) changes we implemented, there are two very important ones
Notifications
The way Proc360 works is that it gives you a nice automated layer over our network of operations and customer support staff, and our logistics partners. We relied on emails to keep you updated with important events like order and payment status, but this was fraught with many challenges, so we built a notification system.
You still get email updates, but it's a whole new experience with real-time notifications organized to make it simple to use. While at this, we scaled up operations so you now get updates from our team within 10-45 minutes for most actions. This way, you never miss out on important updates or changes to your orders.
Reward System
We are excited to announce the release of the reward system. We are particularly pumped about this one because it helps you earn rewards and get more value from using Proc360. Here’s how it works:
Earn Stars: There are seven star-levels. Perform actions such as placing orders, making payments, or shipping parcels to level up and earn stars.
Unlock Rewards: Each star you earn comes with a reward. These rewards include exclusive discounts and access to special promotions.
Track Progress: Easily track your progress and see what actions you need to take to earn your next star.
This system is designed to make your experience more engaging and rewarding. The more you use PROC360, the more benefits you unlock!
What’s Next?
One of the many things we did was experiment with a bottom navigation system on mobile. We also learned some of our key processes aren’t as intuitive as they should be. June is going to be a big one…
See you soon.
“Fast iteration can make up for a lot; it’s usually ok to be wrong if you iterate quickly. Plans should be measured in decades, execution should be measured in weeks.”
