How to Ship Multiple Items Together With Proc360
Bought a few things from different sellers in China? No problem! Proc360 makes it easy to combine them into one shipment to save on shipping costs. This is called "consolidation," and here's how you do it:
Find Your Parcel IDs
Each package you've bought will have a special tracking number called a "parcel ID." You can usually find these:
Directly From the Supplier: Ask for your Parcel ID from your supplier after they confirm that they have sent out your parcel to your Proc360 Warehouse.
On the Website/App: Check your order history on the website or app you used to buy the items. Most Chinese marketplaces like Taobao, 1688, Tmall, etc usually have the parcel codes in the order details.
Open the Proc360 App and Go to "Parcels"
Tap "Parcels." on the bottom menu of your proc360 App
Add Your Parcels: Tap the big button that says "Add Parcels."
If you have one parcel:
Type or paste the parcel ID into the box.
Double-check that you typed it correctly!
Tap "Add Parcel"
If you have multiple parcels:
Look for the button that says "Add Multiple Parcels."
Type or paste all your parcel IDs into the box, one per line.
Double-check all the numbers.
Tap "Add Parcel"
Submit for Review
You can add more parcels by clicking the 'Add more' button.
Once you've added all your parcels, select the parcels you want to confirm and submit them for review.
Use the 'Select all' button to make it easy if you wish to submit all the parcels you've added for consolidation.
After selecting, click 'Submit' to submit for review.
Important Tips
You can add parcels anytime.
If you have placed a Proc360 Order and you want to add some things you bought yourself to the shipment, You can add parcel IDs and request for it to be added to your order shipment when applying for shipment.
You can keep your parcels in your Proc360 address for up to 60 days while you wait for others to arrive.
